Behavioural Assessment

Setting Standards

Educare behavioural assessment module allows you to measure and curtail student problem behaviour, therefore, maintaining appropriate behaviour amongst students. It is not a model with a prescribed set of practices. Rather, it is a team-based process designed to address the unique needs of schools individually. Teachers are provided with empirically validated practices and, through the behavioural assessment process, truancy is curbed and averted strategically.

Features of Behavioural Sub-system

The behavioural assessment module plays a very instrumental role in teaching students self-control and/or social skill strategies. With the aid of this module, a support plan to address the needs of students with chronic challenging behaviours can be established. When using educare's behavioural assessment module, expectations and rules need to be clearly defined and communicated while consequences and clearly stated procedures for correcting rule-breaking behaviours are also stated.
